My kickstarter had a good first day, let’s keep it going with a strong second.

For the past couple weeks I’ve been preparing to launch a kickstarter for KSW - the minicomic that I hope to turn into a full graphic novel over this summer.

The comic, KSW, is a pseudo-science fiction, action-comedy about an effeminate, cowardly cyborg as he stumbles through a cyberpunk, near-future New Jersey in a mission to assassinate Sarah Warren - who really doesn’t deserve assassinating. The comic is full of tortured wordplay and stupid fight scenes, but it also explores themes like consumerism and coping with depression. It’s a fun comic and I’m pretty excited about it.

Reporter: I have a question to Robert and to Scarlett. Firstly to Robert, throughout Iron Man 1 and 2, Tony Stark started off as a very egotistical character but learns how to fight as a team. And so how did you approach this role, bearing in mind that kind of maturity as a human being when it comes to the Tony Stark character, and did you learn anything throughout the three movies that you made?

And to Scarlett, to get into shape for Black Widow did you have anything special to do in terms of the diet, like did you have to eat any specific food, or that sort of thing?

The Bonds of the Battlefield - Steel Wraiths 06/07

Another pair of pages from “Steel Wraiths”, my pilot for a fantasy/scifi story involving magitek mecha, is up on my website! As this comic’s a year old, I’ve been sneaking in new revisions. So far, the page with the most changes is page 7 (though next week’s update will feature a completely redrawn page). Tomorrow I’ll post a comparison between the original version of page 7 and the latest revision.
